Insurance

We participate with most local insurance plans, but please verify your specific plan's coverage.  Your individual coverage may require co-insurance, co-pays, or deductibles.  Some insurances require that you are pre-authorized to see a specialist, and some require a referral. 

If we do not participate with your plan, we can usually submit claims electronically and be paid by your carrier, but your coverage may be reduced if we are not in network.
